The contest rules and regulations are posted below.
Please make sure that you read the rules thoroughly before you submit an article for the contest. By submitting an article you agree that you have read and understand the rules.
Good luck and have fun. Remember that everyone has an equal chance to win.



The Rules and Regulations

1. All current and future AZI members have a chance to win. The winners will not be chosen on writing merit; we will be using a lottery type system to draw the winners.
2. Each article must contain a minimum of 500 words.
3. Each article that is submitted will be assigned a number. The more articles that you submit the better your chances are to win.
4. The first number drawn will have the first choice of prizes and so on.
5. Any member who joins the forum after January 10, 2009 must have at least 25 posts to qualify for the contest.
6. No articles that have been previously posted on AZI or any other web site qualify for this contest.
7. No plagiarized articles qualify. If we find that you are using an article that has been plagiarized you risk being banned by this forum.
8. Articles that are copyrighted do not qualify unless you are the author and own the copyrights to said article.
9. By submitting an article or articles you agree that AZI may use the article on the AZI web site and or AZI forum.
10. All articles that are published on AZI web site/forum will be copyrighted in the submitter’s name. You will be given full credit for your article.
11. The contest will start on January 10, 2009 and end on March 10, 2009 at 12:01 AM.
12. One prize will be drawn daily until all prizes are awarded or until all valid entries have been exhausted. Winners will be posted daily in the contest forum thread. Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of the posting by responding to the post so that the next winner can choose their prize from the remaining items. All winners will also be notified via a PM.
13. All entries must be received before March 10, 2009, 12:01 AM. Entries should be emailed to (removed) with the subject line “Article Contest.” Articles submitted after this date will be returned to sender.
14. All articles must contain the copyright name that the submitter wishes to use. This can be your real name, your user name, etc. It should be included at the end of your article.
15. AZI will pay the postage on all awarded prizes.
16. AZI has the right to void this contest at any time. AZI has the right to disqualify any article that does not follow the above rules or the forum guidelines. AZI and its affiliates, owner or staff will not be held legally responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of the submitters.


The first winner will be posted on Thursday, March 12, 2009.
